MGRA would like to invite you to be a part of our 24th Show-Me State Rodeo.

LABOR DAY WEEKEND
August 31- Sept 2, 2018

We ask that all applicants please read the information below, as it is updated as needed.


Please fill out and submit the Vendor Application.


One 10’X10’ booth Space per vendor is FREE for 2018. If more than the one space is needed, additional space can be reserved for $25 per 10’X10’ space.

Vendors must be approved by the MGRA Board of Directors. You will be notified after the Board reviews your application. All vendors will be underneath the arena roof so no canopies will be necessary for shade or weather concerns. Vendors are responsible for:

  • Paying admission into the grounds on Saturday and Sunday.
  • If staying on the grounds, reservations and camping fees must be handled through the Barn Manager.
  • Complying with any and all direction from rodeo officials.
  • Set-up and tear down.
  • Providing own tables and chairs.

No firearms are permitted on the rodeo grounds.
No smoking permitted inside the venue.
Pets are not permitted inside the venue due to county ordinance.
Sales and/or solicitation are restricted to your assigned vendor space.
Very limited accessibility to electricity is optional. If you need electricity, that will determine where your booth can be placed and you will be responsible for a $25 per day fee to be paid to Lone Wolf Arena.

NO FOOD OR BEVERAGE SALES WILL BE ALLOWED without venue approval. Those requests must be made through the Vendor Coordinator before approval can be considered.

Vendors may set up Friday evening after 5:00 PM. Contestant registration is held Friday evening as well as barrel races. If you want to be in place during those events, you are welcome to be there. All vendors must be in place by 9:00 AM on Saturday.

Sales begin at 9:00 AM on Saturday and Sunday and may continue until all daily activities end in the venue. It is preferred that all vendors keep booths open until end of the rodeo on Sunday afternoon. If you are not able to staff that period of time, please contact the Vendor Coordinator.

ALL MERCHANDISE, EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE VENUE BY 11:59 PM ON SUNDAY. If you have questions, please contact our Vendor Coordinator, Cayree Ragsdale.
