VENDORSMGRA would like to invite you to be a part of our 25th Show-Me State Rodeo.
We ask that all applicants please read the information below, as it is updated as needed. Please fill out and submit the Vendor Application.
Vendors must be approved by the MGRA Board of Directors. You will be notified after the Board reviews your application. Vendors are responsible for:
No firearms are permitted on the rodeo grounds. NO FOOD OR BEVERAGE SALES WILL BE ALLOWED without venue approval. Those requests must be made through the Vendor Coordinator before approval can be considered. Vendors may set up Friday evening after 5:00 PM. Contestant registration is held Friday evening so there will be people at the arena all evening. If you want to be in place Friday evening, you are welcome to be there. All vendors must be in place by 9:00 AM on Saturday. Sales begin at 9:00 AM on Saturday and Sunday and may continue until all daily activities end in the venue. It is preferred that all vendors keep booths open until end of the rodeo on Sunday afternoon. If you are not able to staff that period of time, please contact the Vendor Coordinator. ALL MERCHANDISE, EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE VENUE BY 11:59 PM ON SUNDAY. If you have questions, please contact our Vendor Coordinator. Email preferred: info@mgra.us
