Vendor/Exhibitor Space - $75 (includes Sat. & Sun.) (Max 10'x10' - You provide tent/table/chairs)
 
Non-Profit Exhibitor Space - no charge
(Max 10'x10' - You provide tent/table/chairs)
No more than 2 persons per booth. 
 
The vendor area during the Show-Me State Rodeo will be indoors, adjacent to the bleachers. The fee of $75 for the weekend will include

2 tickets for Saturday and 2 tickets for Sunday. Vendors who have a Tax ID # must have a business license. A temporary license can

 be obtained through the County Clerk's Office of Cass County, Missouri. 

Phone# 816-830-8106. Vendors provide their own tables and chairs.  Electricity is not available.
 
Vendors must register and pay the $75 fee on Friday evening during rodeo contestant registration. You will receive your Sat. and Sun. tickets at that time.
We STRONGLY RECOMMEND that vendors set up during registration on Friday evening.  At the very latest, all set-up must be completed by 9:00 AM on Saturday.  

VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO REMAIN IN PLACE FOR A MINIMUM OF 30 MINUTES AFTER EACH DAY'S RODEO PERFORMANCE IS COMPLETED.
